Besides a cash donation which my family did last Monday after seeing how bad things were on ACA it would be great to send my TV's northbound.
I'll keep searching and investigating my options before they go off to the tip.

I have tried and tried to find a taker for my old TV. Apparantly the charity organisations can't give them away either. I understood that not many people would want to buy them from their stores, but I asked why they wouldn't want them for the people they help. They said that regardless of whether someone was in need and on welfare, they still had to have the latest. There are standards you see. I was gobsmacked.
