Thanks all. We are in Canberra for a few nights. Scouse, I've got the day off from working (although I was working yesterday annoying concreters form up the new driveway and me running power conduit under the new drive) until 3pm when we finally got away. I'm glad I was home for that otherwise the formwork wouldn't have been as we arranged with the contractor.

Perry, not belated at all. Today is the day - the day I also started as a trainee radio technician at the DCA Training School in Marrickville (although that was in 1965).

I hope everyone has a red wine for me - Elisabeth has limited my consumption. :(
