Ever tried it cooled??? It is meant to be drank at room temp,OK for the europeans.I normally only drink red in winter,in summer if I have a red its always cold,quite nice and refreshing.Quote:

Re room, temp, yes, I occasionally need to cool the wine, too. I keep it in a wine fridge and allow it to come up to the right temp. Wine that's 35-40 deg isn't so nice.
