    Overlander 4WD of the year

    In today's Brisbane Courier Mail is this attached article on Overlander Mag 4WD of the Year the Nissan Navara.If you read it you will notice my highlighted sections which discuss said vehicle's off road prowess which appears to be slightly rat ****..Are they serious if they are, it's nothing but a joke IMHO.
    What do members think.

    Slight clarification. The Pathfinder's suspension struggles to put the power to the ground. It is also independent suspension. The two facts are not necessarily linked, and full independent can be better offroad sometimes than full live.

    What would Overlander know anyway? Weren't they the ones that suggested that only drivers of 4wds with fully floating axles should venture into the flood affected zones?

    This would be a valid viewpoint, if it was the NRMA or RACV/Q et al with mainstream readership, but from a niche magazine focused on actually using a 4x4's abilities it only makes sense as sarcasm
