    Yes I meant Steve, but if the cap............................

    I have no patience for morons and drunks. I used to drive cabs Friday and Saturday nights, I would ignore a drunken hail, they may be a good fare to Timbuctoo but they weren't going with me. I felt sorry for full time drivers who couldn't afford to be as choosey.
