    You can't tell some people.

I got talking to a D2 driver in Earlville today, when I asked if he frequented here or any other forum. He didn't but I could not convince him that AULRO wasn't owned/run by GCLRO.

    so lets get this straight

    1) he doesn't visit forums on the internet

    2) he thinks aulro is owned by gclro

    3) taking 1 into account, why would it interest him to the point he would say so or am i missing something here

    4) want to buy aulro, a sneaky $75k and it's yours

    5) thanks for the laugh

I didn't think it funny, quite sad actually, that a bloke who has only visited once or twice would form a wrong opinion that he refuses to shift from. He wasn't interested in "any irrelivant Pommie places" either. Maybe his keyboard skills are lacking.
I doubt that the Gold Coast club has a lazy $75k.

    His ignorance is our bliss!

Ironically you'd think he would own a Lame Bruiser.......

It's neither here nor there to me whether or not he frequents fora. I ask every LR owner I meet the same question. One day I'll strike a person I've already cyber met, I'm sure.

I get that on a surprisingly regular basis, most often when I drop in at MR automotive to pick up rover bits.
