    Lack of visibility

I'm happy with my new to me D2 ES, has factory dark blacky tinted windows ,( not a film, but proper land rover factory glass) but at night, it's a different story, the auto diming mirror and the dark tail gate glass makes it very hard to see , even the side mirrors at night looking through the window tint is hard to see. With passengers in the back and the head rests, spare tyre all blocking vision
Last night I reversed and hit a small sedan in my blind spot. GRRRRR!
As for damage, I snapped 2 plastic clips that hold the rear corner finishing trim above the bumper , $6 damage to my D2, but I hate to think what the suzuki's repair bill is going to sting me for a paint spot on the front bumper and a mangled custom number platewith a $500 excess on insurance I might pay for it myself instead of insurance claim., depends on quote I get sent.

I am now definitely going replace the factory auto dimming mirror with a reverse camera mirror. I can't afford the uncertainity of not being able to see what directly behind.
will post pics when I have the camera system fitted, I'm going for a proper mirror on a stalk instead of those ugly clip on systems.

why complain, you know its not worth it....

not knocking your driving but blaming additional tint, etc on having a prang, really.

buy some reversing sensors for future.

I very rearly use the inside mirror unless to check on the dogs.
Can't use it when the backs full for touring anyway.

I lower the front windows when backing up at night and fitted 50mm spoters to then too.
But I reverse a trailer on side mirors every day I'm at work so I'm a little used to it
    Cheers, Kyle
