Just got a email form O-D and apparently there has been up to a 10cm fall on Barrington, O-D has the day off work tomorrow so we might see some good pics.

Heaps of good pics from down south on weatherzone.

Just had Integral here to fix some issues (on their side) and they said they were out at Lithgow this morning and it had been snowing. Plus their guys were still out fixing the wind damage from today and said it was going again tonight.

Here's the last couple of trips I've done:

    Cabramurra

    Eskdale Spur Track

I'm hoping to go down tomorrow or Saturday if I can for a look and play.

    Cheers
    Chris

P.S - sorry we had the wife's Prado instead of the Defender

I love your trip reports Chris

In the first one you drove right past our place down there That and the piccies made us both very 'homesick'

Can't wait to get back down at the end of July

I think you've got the spelling wrong there - it should be Bleakheath

Nah, wasn't worth driving up there for a light dusting. 10cm would have been nice but there was only 2-3cm:

    You're right - it's snowing somewhere - Local News - News - General - Newcastle Herald

"A National Parks and Wildlife spokesman said Barrington Tops Forest Road is open and accessible for two-wheel-drive vehicles. But people needed to take extra care in the icy, slippery and variable conditions."

A bit silly encouraging people to go up there in two wheel drive vehicles though?
