We do have a medium sized dog and he has a good bark, but is no killer. He was pretty sheepish when I got home so maybe he got a kick or two for his troubles.

I've never been a believer in house alarms but the police today were convincing in their effectiveness.

Sorry to hear mate.....sounds like a bit of a professional job too. Usually if it is druggies they will grab what they can and flee. To take that amount of kit they would have had to been there a while. Plus had a car as back up.

Also having worked in security many years ago.....alarm's, door/window locks/security screens are a deterrant. The average B/E wants the least amount of fuss to deal with. Good luck with the insurance mate,

    regards

Sorry to hear mate! Here's hoping the scum bags make a slip up somewhere and get caught. Then instead of being sent to prison at our expense they need to be made to work at an honest job to pay back the money for what they stole...

My new job has opened my eyes to a whole new world, i knew there were some low people in the world amongst us but alot of people are unaware, like i was, of how low some of them really are.

Bastards had a go at my car last week, heard the alarm go off and didnt really think much of it as there is usually possum poo on the bonnet or roof, then this morning one of our neighbours informed us her sons car was broken into - well his car was left unlocked so not really broken into, but still.
