G'day Ean, the article seemed anti-alcohol in general, but particularly down on binge drinking. My defination of binge drinking is someone who drinks to intoxication between periods of sobriety, eg. only drinks on weekends, but with the intention of getting drunk. I really don't think my six cans so far this year, is a problem, but according to this article it is.

Gday Ian, mate that doesn't even put you in the social drinking class, and in the NT would make you a non-drinker.

I know our boats insurance premiums rise considerably if we allow alcohol on-board.which we dont. Alcohol, the ocean and confined work/living conditions make for a timebomb in waiting.

I guess im a binge drinker as I dont drink for 7 mths of the year, but do when im home.

Its a hard one to pick as if you look it in the big picture Alcohol is most likely the biggest overall contributer to the social problems and family breakdowns in our society.

    Cheers Ean
