12 days b4 i finally got my freight quote, still waiting for an actual invoice so i can pay for it another day on from confirming the quote
Those who have ordered from Paddocks before, how long is it normally until your order is processed?
I placed an order just over a week ago. I have had a few email queries from them (and re extra parts I wanted), but I still have not yet received a price for shipping, and have heard nothing for a few days, despite a couple of emails querying the progress of my order...

I've always had good service from paddocks - Delivery within 10 working days
If you want exceptional service...try Brookwells. I have ordered a number of things from them lately and they always use Fedex so you can track your order as it travels across the globe. It's funny that as soon as it hits Australian shores...it gets stuck for a few days before being finally delivered to your door.
Cheers

I'd phone them Ben.
I ended up having too after ordering some slave and master cylinders from them.
12 Days gee you must be lucky, I haven't heard from them requesting a quote for freight for over 3months!!@!!
Bought local in the end.
They are not really interested in quotes as it must tie up their valuable time, I suppose they get quote requests all the time and Oz being such a small market they overlook it.
The last time i ordered it took a week or so to get any response an shipping invoice, the first time was the next day, maybe they've gotten really busy recently.
I got an answer to an email re freight same day, it was only an estimate they said they can't get an accurate freight cost until the order is packed.
I place an order last night order was processed in a hour or so, I paid over the phone, but only for the parts, not freight. I have yet to have confirmation on the freight.

The Only problem with paddocks is you pay for your goods then wait for a shipping cost, I've canceled an order before due to over the top shipping cost. But they're pretty good at email correspondence, I've used them a few times now.
If only they could provide instant shipping prices. I would use them a lot more.
