    So who owns who?

I have been to Milwaukee. Miller is an enormous undertaking. The suburb in which most of the operation is located is called Miller Valley. Block after block after block, both sides of the road, of brewery buildings.

South African Breweries bought MillerCoors a couple of years ago.

SABMiller - About us - News

So MillerCoors is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SA Breweries and SAB then changed their name to SAB Miller.

ummmm for all you Coopers lovers out there, Miller has a significant stake in Coopers. Coopers dont brew in any traditional way. They are possibly the worlds most modern, scientific brewery on the planet at the moment. I am a founding member of the Coopers Club and can substantiate what I've just written. Btw, its not necessary, the Coopers family are completely open about how they manufacture the worlds most delicous range of beers, and these guys have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.
