    Anyone seen these episodes?

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=165VjNKRNdw]Mondo Mini Shows Web Originals - Eyes Cold Lemonade - YouTube[/ame]

Had one of these moments of my own Last night, got my thumb caught in the automatic door closing feature on the Lexus. Luckily (I guess?) I managed to rip it out before it got crushed. Managed to tear the end of it open in a nice flap of flesh, which was dutifully imediately folded back on and clamped with a cloth with as much force as I could muster for a few hours, now it is just turning a bit blue/ bruised and still looks pretty average

I am horrified at the amount of force the electric motor can exert, I would say it would be capable of almost severing a small childs hand/ fingers. I tested it today with a bit of plastic conduit and it looked like it came out of a vice after I openend the door again.

I think I'll remove the fuse.

Used to be the ring tone for my phone. Amazing how quick you answer the damn thing with that annoying laughter at full whack.

My girls have some episodes of HTF on their Ipods, I hadn't seen it for ages, quite bizarre and strangely fascinating in a sick kind of way :0 I thought it was a good analogy to my injury

Yes it did hurt a lot, and for the first time in a long time actually went into mild shock. Didn't get much sleep last night, today it is Healing well actually, worked OK with it today strapped/ covered up, had to change dressing though after it got soaked in Dex3....and the kero bath....and some hypoid 80/90....brake fluid, and then diesel.

I felt like a sooky la la after I took the cloth off it and it was 'intact'. I was kind of expecting more gore... Better luck next time I guess.

Sorry Pedro no pics, but use your imagination

    Must find that fuse
