As you know the show was a complete washout and on saturday night the rain came through every nook and cranny where the rubbers had disintegratedMy lads bed was soaked, but fortunately the bunks were the safest place to sleep
This was our first trip out in "the happy wanderer" since we purchased it, apart from the seal bursting, the trip was good and we kept up with the convoy. But the biggest surprise was collecting the award for "best camper", it was totally unexpected.
I won one also for "Best in Class" Freelander 1, looks nice on the cabinet with the one I won last year and all my model Landies.
