Thread: Aulro Awards ?

    Aulro Awards ?

    Today I was having a think/ponder/daydream and thought there are some real special/unique/interesting characters here and we should really recognise them.

    So, perhaps, in this 10th year of Aulro (When is the anniversary date?) we should have an awards ceremony. The categories would need to be decided, we could stick to the normal things like:

    • Most Interesting Thread
    • Nicest Rebuild Thread

    etc
    etc

    or we could go left field with:


    • Biggest Rivet Counter.
    • Hamlet Award for Consistent Procrastination (Or should we call this the "Gunna" award)
    • Most Colourful Engine Bay.
    • Bigggest Hoarder.
    • Biggest Pot Stirrer.
    • Most Helpful Mod
    • Least Helpful Mod



    and so on...

    We could use the poll function to vote on the winner. (Haven't had a good poll for a long time!)

    I'd be happy to collate and post nominations once we had the categories sorted.

    Of course the award would be like peeing in a wet suit. (Gives you a warm feeling but no one will really notice!)

    Anyway just an idea. Happy to be shot down in flames.
