I have to question if we are talking about the same truck. The New Ranger was only released last Thursday. My Disco has 8" wide rims, so might have a larger turning circle than yours.

I heard somewhere it's a variant of a Volvo motor. We have 2 of the current one (and yes they do bounce around like a vegetarian in a butchers coolroom) but saying that they are great trucks. We are looking at replacing both of them shortly, my dual cab with a Defender and the spacecab with a new 3.2ltr dual cab Ranger.
