    I'm back.....did you miss me?

Phew, finally back on the air & have access to AULRO again .

We've moved house & are now in downtown Douglas Park. It's a bit of a commute to get to work now but getting home to a few acres makes it all worthwhile .

Our house in Casula sold a lot quicker than we anticipated so our new house is still a work in progress. We sold at Casula privately & found the buyer in 4hrs & for more than any agent said we'd get.
I can recommend giving Homesales ( Real Estate, Property For Sale, Buy & Sell Homes ) a go if you're selling up.

All the walls have been repainted & it's feature wall central here now (not my idea).

New carpets throughout - a massive shock was found when removing the old carpets in the shape of termite evidence throughout the house but it looks like it was treated years ago. My pestie & his son spent about 9hrs drilling another 300 odd holes in the slab & injected god knows how many litres of poison down there.

The IKEA kitchen looks like a million dollars so Mrs Scouse is pretty pleased with that. It's not quite finished but it's all usable for the time being.

The double garage got emptied last weekend so a couple of cars have a roof over their head now. Next is to finish all the unpacking then I can get started on my shed !!!

excellent news about you're house getting sold quickly , I know the longer commute can be tiring but coming home to an acrage makes it worthwhile. Anyhow mate good to have you back on line.

No matter how big, your shed will never be big enough.

Congratulations on your move Scott. Acres, now you can really start collecting Land Rovers & Range Rovers - give Mark in Adelaide River a run for his money

Why? We have horses & a pony in the paddock already .

Where are you now? I drove past Leppo the other week & the place was empty.
I assume you're down where I passed you a month or so ago.

A man who speaks from experience!

With that new superhighway being built into your place, Erich, you'll be able to bring truckloads or Landies home soon.
