Thread: Finally!!! Got LR after long absent...

G'Day,

I'm back to this forums after long absent without own Land Rover. I used to have two series 3 (1982 & !977 model), one series 1 (1957 model), one stage 1 (1980 model) and TDi Disco (1993 model)... I had Jackaroo SE TD (2001 model) daily driver for 6 years... and now my missus got her own Pajero DiD and I have series 3 tray back (1975 model)

But my tray back need few work to repair before it have go over the pit...

I had been to British Parts at Carlisle... to buy parts for series 3 but not everythings.... I asked for distance piece for bearing (part no 244151) but they can't get anymore... also I need to have spirolox ring for front axle (part no 556628) and distance piece for front axle (part no 556628). I had pull the front axle out of my tray back and pull parts out and found out... there were few missing parts in it... so I need to get theso parts and where do I get the parts from? Dosen't matter anywhere in OZ or oversea. Thank you for much appreciate.

Hi Christopher - welcome back paddocks in the UK are good and four wheel drive in blackburn Victoria are good too _ I don't know about the local guys over your way
