    Did you notice that it is manually operated? It adds to the mystery.

    Good pick up mate and no - I didn't notice the manual operation and to be honest I didn't even think about how it worked. I was one tracked on what it was for.

    In a very good condition, I will ask if they can sell it since it belongs to a municipality. Would make a very good base for a restoration project.

    I wasn't able to get in touch with the municipality board as the municipal elections were due this month, so they had no more the authority to take any financial decision.
    I will contact the newly elected board in the coming weeks.
