I wouldn't want that guy within 100 meters of my car :D

I'd just get under and fix it myself - it'll be easier, you'll know the vehicle better and it's peace of mind... usually.
Erm........don't want to sound too much like a barrack room lawyer, but should you be venting all this 'stuff' on a very much open forum? I can see your frustration and have walked in the similar shoes re: vehicle warranty. It did end up with exchanging of lawyers letters - luckily in my favour but I digress.
I mean some companies can get the *****s if this is seen as sledging them without any recourse. May I suggest taking notes, times, who you spoke to, telephone calls etc. Then if still no satisfaction escalate it up the management chain still keeping records, if still getting ****ed around dare I say bring in the lawyers.
Either way, unless there is a sudden acceptance of rework I can only see this being a standoff between yourself and the various parties. Just saying like.
Seeing as it's all lights in the lighting module (correct me if wrong) could it not be something simpler like a bad earth.
On another note. If you paid via credit card, ask the bank for a chargeback for goods provided not suitable for service and returned without refund. that should get ARB moving when you take their money back.
Basically it worked before ARB played with it, ergo, ARb's fault until THEY can prove otherwise. And I mean prove with a report that can be understood and validated by you.
Having had to do with Altos and ARB in Artarmon, I think that you'll find the boys at ARB to be very good at what they do - I've never faulted them on the work they have done on my LandRover or with how they have looked after me, where they have gone out of their way a number of times.
They no doubt will look at it to try to sort it out if its still playing up, just speak to them if its still not right.
Thank you everyone for your advice and sorry for my delay in replying; I am on assignment interstate at the moment.
It seems that the consensus is that I cut my losses and get an independent person to fix the problem. However Land Rover St Leonards contacted us and asked us the bring the car back to them. So we will try that avenue first.
I also received the following email from ARB Artarmon:
"Hi Glyn,
I've read your comments on AULRO.
The Front Spot Lights will not be wired to the same circuit as rear tail lights / indicators. These will be taking power directly from the battery through its own wiring loom / fuse. We trust these are still working correctly.
The rear Worklight is similar, has its own circuit, straight from the battery. We trust this is still working correctly.
The Front Power Point will not be wired to the same circuit as either of the above. Unsure how this will be related, has it been modified in anyway or is it still as Landrover supplied?
The rear light that was not working when we saw the vehicle, had a blown fuse, this was replaced and the lights checked and they were working when your car was here. The wiring was all checked and (good) and checked with the rear bar manufacturer (Kaymar). Everything is in the correct place.
The most likely cause for the Indicator not working in the Bullbar is a globe, they run on the same fuse circuit as the other indicators, if these are still working then, it is either in the wiring to the Bullbar indicator or a globe.
You are welcome to bring the vehicle in to have these checked, repaired whenever is convienient."
So if Land Rover St Leonards can not fix it we will take it back to ARB Artarmon.
If that fails I will take it to a local auto electrician that has been recommended to me as if they can not fix it it is highly unlikely that I will be able to fix it.
Regards,
Glyn
