    Just wanted to say Hi

I haven't popped in for a little while, so I thought I'd come and say Hi

Keep getting emails for LSD...still can't sell anything In the process of proving that Simon and I were even together...oh the joys of the legal process when someone doesn't have a will!! Still no cause of death. Still no police report...ahh dear me.

Today marks 6 months since Simon passed. We're doing quite well. Lucas is huge. Eating me out of house and home. Talking more and more every day. We've got please and thank you now But we also have 'no'....He is only 19 months old! I thought attitude would wait until he at least turned two!

As some of you know I've been working on my photography. My business is registered and operating now - It's named after my nickname for Simon and his for me - sentimental maybe but he would have loved it. I'm still working in banking as I was before. I was awarded a scholarship for my business degree just after Simon passed (one he pushed me to apply for), I'll be starting that up around June. In April Lucas and I are going on a holiday to Japan... we had to reuse the ticket value from our holiday booked to the UK (where Simon and I were meant to be married on May 1st and celebrate his birthday on April 29th). It should be interesting! We'll see if I can cope with three weeks alone with my now stubborn vocal child who can run

    A recent pic of Lucas

Would love to know how many from WA are planning to go to Gingin in May?

Great to hear you're doing so well. Good luck with the holiday, it really is a wonderful place full of fascinating places, especially if you can get away from the usual tourist track..... well worth the effort I can assure you.

Thanks I have always wanted to go. I've always been fascinated with Japan and learned Japanese for a number of years too...though I am now incredibly rusty and trying to remember everything! I studied language, history, culture and business of Japan at Uni a little while back. We were originally flying with Air Asia to the UK so I was somewhat limited with where to go (given I have such a young child) and I'm quite excited to finally be able to travel there.

    Hi Sarah,

Have to apologise for not being in touch for so long, great to hear your well and Lucas is not the little tacker I saw several months back. Have a great time in Japan, lots of Sushi (its always better from it's origin). Look forward to catching up soon.

    Be good,

    Peter.

    Hey Sarah.
Nice to see you pop in and say Hi and happy to hear you're doing well. Sounds like you have some real plans coming together and are on the way to building a solid future for Lucas. He's grown a lot since grovelling in the dirt at the wheel of my DeeDee S2a.
I plan to go to GinGin again this year if DeeDee proves reliable again. I enjoyed last year.
    Ciao

Good to hear you are coping and doing so well Sarah; you have a beautiful son (must be like his dad and you of course). When (if) he starts giving you real attitude when he hits his teens, don't despair as they come around again in their twenties and become nice people again. Congrats on your degree and enjoy your holiday.
