Where is the air intake on that truck?!
I came across this video of a fire truck going thru the floodwaters in Eltham. They didn't stop for anything!

if my memory is correct the CFA ones are normally behind the cab between it and the body...... nearly at roof height... but i could be wrong![]()
Or he had to get somewhere and knows the trucks capabilities.

The bow wave is deceptive.
Says a lot about diesels and deep water, good thing it has a raised air intake in the air pocket behind the cab.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
The CFA management needs to look closer at that truck. It says Research on the side, he was doing just that !!![]()
