    i wrote off my Patrol and shannons came out had a look and i was able to negotiate with the assessor about buying the wreck and what was left on my policy (11months)
    all up took around a week from go to whoa

    Hi PhilipA, this is an awesome post about your claims experience with Youi. Sadly it's a negative experience which always gives rise to any claim however the sweetener is the way it's handled to take the hassle off your hands. Fortunately you and your wife came away from the accident unscathed, unlike the car!

    It’s good to know that the Youi claims team was only a call away and helped out so well.

    I contacted youi a few months ago for a quote on the Disco, they were $500 bucks more than I was paying with Elders.
    For that much extra, I'd expect some good service.
    Must say, Elders have been very good to me.
