I was chatting with my trainee grader steerer and my Digger/semi steerer the other nite over some nice cold ales in front of my fire.
Richard is doing really well on my old grader, but keeps leaving lumps at the end of a run that he says he doesnt see until he drives the ute over it.
I told him I have seen it too,and told him to get his eyes checked. At first he wasnt happy,I told him previous grader steerers had the same issue and needed eye help.
More training hints passed on how to finish a run,at least a 55yo APPRECIATES advice on how to do the job.He is the 3rd trainee I have had to train and the best by a long shot,he is doing a great job

I had it done about 12 yrs ago, best money I ever spent.
Improved my vision in all situations, day and night.
Do not go for the cheapest procedure, it's not worth the risk with your eyes.
My bank teller was telling me a horror story. Her husband went up to Sydney to get lasered, because he thought the Canberra prices were too dear. He has to constantly put eye drops in and one morning he woke to find his eyelid stuck to his eye. You get what you pay for!
