    Freelander flips on manhole

    real, but staged i think, just after the vehicle drives over and flips up, there is something retracting down into the hole, AND did you see the cylindrical object rolling around on the ground near the vehicle when it comes to rest? It looks like a cylinder of steel, not a manhole cover.
    Could be a 'hollywood ram' type of thing, for throwing vehicles into the air.

    afaik, in hollywood they shoot wood at the ground with a charge, because it disintegrates, and is thus less dangerous.

    That looks fake to me.

    • That thing rolling around after.
    • No other parked cars in the area.
    • It would need to be more than 'Loosely fitting' for the Freelander to clip it!
    • The point of 'impact' looks to be in the fuel tank area... A force of that magnitude, from a 'manhole cover', I would expect to see the fuel tank ruptured.
