    Beenleigh Heritage Truck Show 2012 Pictures

    My first time to this show, and I really enjoyed myself, enjoy the pictures..

    Quite a good show. There is another usually held in September at Cleveland which is also good.

    What a pity there are now two clubs all because one destructive individual didn't like not getting his own way all the time and went off and started another club. He did much the same thing with historic speedway, caused an uproar finishing with a schism in the club and there are now three clubs.

    I'd love one of these,,



    We have one near my old home that was used as a water transport during the drought. Mighty fine looking rigs indeed.

    Great pics Juddy, Love those old Macks especially the B and R models, spent a few k's behind the wheel of those old girls back in the late 60's and 70's. Is that FR in Wrights livery one from the Mt.Isa Wrights CattleTransport who went defunct back in the late 70's after Len Wright was killed- if not it sure looks like one. Good to see them preserved - no electronic gadgetry there

    I still drive an R as a compressor truck when I drill water bores, also drive a round light Superliner when I take the float out. They are still going
