Hey everyone just wondering if anyone saw the news last night. A large tree in my front yard come down and took out my beloved 78 rangie and my 94 defender witch is my work truck. It always happens when your away. The defa is defantley a right off but I'm hoping I can salvage the rangie it's been a part of me since I was 19. Someone up there dosnt like my landy obsession. Very sad

I hope the claims process is as painless as possible and you can recover as much as possible.

    Who's tree?

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I saw that on the news. It looked like you copped a lot of wind down there. I hope that you are able to get things fixed up asap and that it doesn't cost you too much.

Will post some picks when I get back from qld havnt seen it myself yet. Insurance will only cover the defender. My wife said the rangie may be ok new bonnet front guards and panel behind the bonnet. Not sure yet what it has done underneath the carbs sit up pretty high.
