In theory you could do it with a peltier thermo do ma laccky? The thing that makes the cheap fridges hot or cold. The landrover cool box uses one too.

They produce heat and cold when there is current applied to them but in reverse if heat is apllied to the right side of them ( the hot side) they produce current.

In a real bind it's something McGuiver would use to charge the car battery, but not at the rates you are talking about and a solar panel would be easier.

If it puts out what it claims to put out base on LPG prices VS diesel or ULP prices

per WH its cheaper to run, probably cheaper to maintain but the overall predicted life is quite short (3000Hrs)

back of the napkin math (being fairly lapse and rounding up the consumption) shows me from the data on the site that a 9kg gas bottle would (depending on your setup and smart/fair usage) give you

a 50ishL engle (averaged for 24/7 in current brisbane/townsvillish condition)
modern led lighting (3 hours of a full camper/caravan lighting)
some small appliance (think 2 mobile phones and either a laptop or dvd/tv) (6-8hrs day)
a 30% reserve (for stereo/pumps/shower 2ways, occasional heavy loading on the fridge)

for about 4 weeks with very little to no noise.
