Changing whatever behaviour is causing the stress on the particular part of the body seems to be the key.

I got it in the right hand from using mice on the comp. Changed to a Logitech Trackball and been fine since. When they stopped making them I bought up a few. Later had to have the hand operated on as I broke all 8 bones in it and they fused together into one lump. So had it cleaned at the same time. Was better having it done from the back while the bone was out than the underside.

I'm sorry this won't be of any help to you, but mine went away amazingly during both pregnancies.

Unfortunately it comes back. It'd be nice to have an alternative to an operation or constant pregnancy

I did an extended period of mousing a couple of years ago, got the tingles, so I changed the mouse pad to a board on my lap. Also I wrap my mouse hand wrist in a towel, keeps the wrist supported and warm, no tingles.
