My Documentary Going to Air on ABC1

    Hi AULRO,

My wife and I have been steadily working on a documentary over the last couple of years.

We just sold it to the ABC through the Landline program.

It will be a special in the program and will not be the entire length we made it but we are very happy to have it on air.

    Here's the trailer.

It's going on Sunday October 28 at 1200 ABC1 and will be repeated on Monday 29th at 1100am.

There will be prizes for those who spot the Blue Disco II in some of the frames.

The Director's Cut DVD will be for sale soon so I'll see what I can do to let you all know what that's about.

    Cheers

    Ian.

It looks like it will be a very good program. I pray I don't miss it.

There was a guy in the trailer saying how he might drive 6-700 ks to an event, get into a bit of partying too,, damn, he could have been describing some of us when we go away 4x4ing

An uncle of mine used to worked as a stockman and then as a foreman for Sir Sid Kidman. He had many stories of this stuff, but we could never get him to sit down long enough to get all the info out of him and put it on paper, one of his best mates was RMWilliams. He's gone now, and so are his life's stories, a great shame indeed which makes me very sad. Looking forward to getting to Innamincka and seeing where he was working.
