    wow, amazing. I was really taken by the first and was hanging out for the rest to be like that. Quite thought provoking and very different.

    Wow thanks for posting that, sincerely!

    Back in the 70's as a young blade, my brother and I chased two young French girls in Carteret often riding our motorcycles from Weymouth to Cherbourg to see them.

    My brother's girl friend's mother, a widow ran a corner shop, much like the one in the picture "Gotha".
    Prompted by our motorcycle boots she gave us a very vivid description of the day the German forces fled and seeing the first American troops advancing down the street in the same family shop we were in!
    They couldn't believe what they were seeing after all those years of occupation
