    Never heard pineapple or lobster used in reference to currency. Likewise pineapple gets used on burgers up here quite commonly as do slices of pickle.

    The old $100 is called a grey nurse and the new one an Anzac or Monash. A $10 is a Banjo.

    You haven't read Les Norton then... Sounds like Pedro suffers from the same problem, last time he opened his wallet Henry Lawson blinked..
