Due to conflicting schedules between venues, the date has now changed to April 6th, 2013, which is the weekend AFTER Easter.
So, if there are any more offers.......
As it stands, bacicat2000 has offered his L322, and Toombie the D4. Thanks guys.
BigJon has kindly offered Spudboys RR, and his Classic, but I might have to keep these in reserve for the moment. BTW - does Spud know??? LOL
If possible, we would really like 2 more white D4's preferably, or D3's.
My black D2 will be dressed for the occasion as well, and used for the MOTB.
With the count-down well and truly on, the time has come to give this thread a bump.
I appreciate all the offers so far, and if the Melbourne guys don't mind taking a trip...
Just to confirm, the date is the 6th April, which is the weekend after Easter, so, if you just happen to be looking for a slightly extended break...
Thanks all
Posted in the other forum too - happy to offer the services of my white RRS. Adelaide hills based
It's a Bummer I can't make it on that date, I was looking forward to it. If you want to put the wedding back a week or two, I'm there..![]()

Thanks to everyone that offered.
We now have all the cars that we need, I hope...
I think this will be a very impressive line-up.
D2 - Black (dats mine)
D3 - Red
RRS - White
D4 - White
D4 - White
RRS - Green
RRS - Grey
We are arranging with the photographer, and some other contacts we have, to get a group photo. Should be a very impressive looking convoy, if I do say so myself.
As the date gets a bit closer, I will post up some more details, so if you are around, and what to come for a sticky beak, by all means....

That all turned out pretty well by my reckoning. Good day out with friendly people, it was just a pity I couldn't stay longer at the reception to get properly inappropriate!
I am looking forward to seeing the photos too.

Must be something about white D4's with a fridge in the back for drinks.
Mine got commandeered for a wedding (by my son for his best mate) the first weekend I took it home to Kalgoorlie. The bridal party was made to travel in a souped up Dunnydoor and his (my old) grey D2 - the grooom and his party travelled in the D4 with one of the third row seats raised and the other lowered with a fridge full of "drinks" in that position.
Anyhow - good to hear that you all had a good time and that you managed to gather a good collection of Landrovers for the wedding.![]()
Cheers .........

Hope it all turned out ok. I got home yesterday in mine, and it was far from suitable for a wedding...
Got a solid days work ahead of me to get it looking good again.
Would love to see a pic or two of the line up of cars on the day.
Cheers - Gav
