    Paypal

    Hi All. I am trying to get my old paypal acct running after a few years of non use. I couldnt remember the password so I tried to reset it as per link in email from paypal. Now nothing works. It wont accept the answers to my security questions. I am waiting to hear back from them but is there anything I can try in the meantime? Jim

    Ther is a toll free phone number that you can call them on just shop around in their site and they will help you

    no you would need to make a new email account to make a new paypal, but that is what i did

    I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to log on to from over seas, it locked me out for 24 hours then it was all good after answering the security questions and changing the password. Like mick said... Be Patient
