    ACCC = toothless tigers.

    Fuel is, was and will continue to be a ripoff. Others will remember too, when I first got a car (1970) petrol was 42 cents a gallon (4.5 litres) and diesel 21 cents. Nobody had a diesel car then of course.

    Supply and demand?...............bah humbug

    Hi all, I have two Disco's, one is a V8i and the other a TD5. I also have a Jeep Cherokee (yep, my shield is up, lol) My point is, both the Cherokee and The V8i are petrol motors and the Jeep in particular goes like a scolded cat. In both my petrol motors I only use ULTRA fuel. I believe it is worth the extra money. The TD5 of course is a diesel. When I fuel up the V8i or the Jeep it costs me more per litre that the TD5. I am not complaining when I use my TD5. Believe me, it's so much cheaper to run than either of the others.
