so did I, I think hes starting to reneg on it.
so after 2 days of driving round in agonising pain (broken toe and stress fractures as well as removed tonail) everytime I push the clutch in someones asked me for a quick favor, can I drop them off somewhere. Its on my way home so no problem.
he hears be grnashing in pain everytime I hit the clutch and he looks at me and says I thought you knew how to drive without a clutch.
I'm blaming the pain killers.
When I decide to kick under a back step and get splinters under my toe nail I do not go about doing so in half measures. Im not going to go and do a Unit Safety Coordinators course with an injury that can be hidden, noooooooo Im going to go and do it with a bandaged toe (just to stop infection in the nail bed, they cant splint my foot) with one foot in a sandle propped up in a chair for the whole world to see while we discuss things like appropriate foot wear, slippery surfaces and the effects of medication (the roof tiles move by them selves i tell ya) on perception.
Uh sorry, I missed that bit. I know what you are going through, I did a similar thing some years ago at work, showery weather, wearing jap riding boots, did a bit of a slide on the terracotta tiles and ended up a over h. Peeled a big toenail right back and had to have it removed. Just got an email from a mate out at Moranbah the other day,he's in a similar spot. Had a dose of XXXX fever and decided to drop kick a few cane toads in the back yard. All was going well until he lined the 4th one up and let her rip. Appears his aim was a bit off and instead of contacting the toad he excavated a big divet with his big toe and came out second best. Peeled the toe off the bone and now has 2 pins inserted to hold it all together. Bloody toads, Murphy, what can I say. Things can only improve:D hopefully.
