Check out the size of this log, I've lived in sawmill towns most of my life and rarely see them this big.
Must have been a huge tree, thought the greenies put a stop to logging the old growth forests.

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
If you get the chance go to the Merimbula mill.
There is a log there that would be three times the diameter of those, and maybe from the ground to the top of the top log.
They keep it there as a memento of the old days I guess.
