Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - Bagdad. Unique as it was looted (by person or persons unkown), but never bombed or defaced during the liberation and consequent occupation. One of the first US funded restorations to occur.
Al Faw Palace Bagdad. One of the many. Chosen as US HQ before the liberation so not heavily bombed.
Took a crew back to my hometown school.
Sunday arvo drags under the crossed swords - Bagdad.
