at BCC we had 6 3070's and 3 Road Bosses (cummins 290) plus a mix UD, Fuso v8, 2x 1418 benz, later came 3x 2228 benz's (awful) and much later Volvos.
we also ended up with an LNT 9000 Louisville with a big cam 3 in it, supposed to be 350 HP but it NEVER put that much out despite going back to the dealers several times.
yep i was driving from 1980 until 1992 when i shifted divisions into their container park, still kept me license though
now that i remember the cummins 210 powered butterbox 8 wheeler i drove wasn't brilliant either, all noise and no go,
with a gear stick on either side 5 speed on the left and 3 on the right (bacicat2000 yep old enough to have driven a twin stick)

Do you recognise this jigger? Originally with a red band below the windscreens and up the sleeper.

I'll be scrapping my 3070B PM as soon as I find a replacement.
