Compared to that horrendous one up here on the M1 ,it looks like those down there were lucky they were in a Landy.
How many on here think the breakdown lanes standard are just not wide enough?
I am surprised by the number of accidents of this type that occur along the Hume - cars and trucks actually off the main carriage way being hit by trucks even where the carriage is quite wide. The consequences are normally fatal. Thankfully not this time.
Clearly drivers not paying attention or off with the fairies high on something.

Been a lot of truck crashes down here recently 3 on the hume and a couple of the feeder highways in the last week nad a half. 3 trucks have gone up in flames to.
I have seen a lot of trucks using the ripple strips to stay on the road recently to. Guess they poor drivers are being pushed to get the loads complete for Christmas.
