Tyre warranty on a new car is covered by the tyre manufacturer/distributor.

I can't see the the distributor being open tomorrow but you never know.
If you're close to your selling dealer, give them a call (if their sales dept is open today) & you might be able to grab one off a stock/demo car as a spare.

    On Thursday, contact:
    Continental

You could also call LR Assist. I doubt they'll do much though but it won't hurt to let them know about it for future reference.

alot of net folk will tell you this and that, but at the end of the day its going to come down to you and your LR dealer ( I take it we are talking about a LR related vehicle). A few here may be able to give you some legal knowledge for you to stand by. Id probably give consumer affairs or who ever it is these days a call, not to dob anyone in just to get some "real" info.

If the tyre has failed due to a manufactureing defect, then there really should be no problem....but if you did however drive through a old wooded paddock, running from a teenage girls father...then your on your own

What do you call an egg?
Most Defender tyres have wavy sidewalls, Michelin XZLs especially. I haven't had much to do with the recent Contis but they could be similar.
