I noticed the training that was given was along the lines of "...engage your lockers and just drive..."

Okay, they said you didn't need to put the boot down but I think (as had been discussed on AULRO before) teaching a reliance on lockers instead of honing your skills without them is a bit poor.

Lol, I recognise a number of vehicles in the first vid. But regardless.

To be honest I though a lot of the clips were very nice drives. Pretty tame, pretty decent throttle control etc etc. The pootrol in the mud in the first ten second or so was stoopid but that's about the only thing that made me cringe.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve with this thread???

Lucky no one videoed me last Tues. In my defence I was doing a pre trip check and took a right turn, as advised by bro-in-law , instead of a left.

I don't know, I recognize that track....I drove it in a Camry a few months back. What the hell have they done to it? Seriously now, the music noise?

Two very different stereo types to deal with in these videos.. First one is full of you guys with a point to prove and the second is a mature group who is not out to destroy there vehicles that are worth well more than most that are in the first vid.

To be honest you see the same driving from these groups on the road as you do off the road!... Most young guys with how shall we say, vehicles they dont care about (un roadworthy piles of junk) that you can gaurntee arnt insured seem to be most of the issue when it comes to motoring in all catogories.

A certain 4WD active mag, & old mate " give it the berries", is probably not the information tetesterone fuelled young bucks need. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Trust me my 4wd adventures are anything but boring but don't go out of my way to trash my vehicles or make tracks worse for other people to use.

Yep, so you never spin a wheel or get stuck? ever?
