I recently ordered some bike trainers from the UK and they had DHL tracking. I ordered on the Friday night (Perth time) and they arrived at Perth Airport on the Monday. They were delivered to my PO Box on the Friday so it took a working week to clear customs and be delivered. I think the hold-up on mine was customs took a few days to clear them.

Don't forget there is industrial action by customs which may be slowing things down.
