    The Brains Trust

    Was chatting with my son Lindsay a couple of weeks ago after his semester exams,he is studying engineering at UWA.
    He said he thiks he went ok in his 2 core sublects,and the 3rd wich was a non core subject,but cumpulsory to choose one of was good.
    We were talking to him on the phone a couple of days ago,no results yet but had spoken to one of his tutors,it seemed like many had not done very well at all.
    He did fluid mechanics this semester,said its the toughest yet and thought maybe he too didnt go very well either
    Anyhow he got his results yesterday.
    Fluid Mechanics,86%,Higher Distinction.
    Solid Mechanics,99%,Higher Distinction.
    Our Universe,90%,Higher Distinction.
    In his 3rd year of his course now,has consistantly recieved higher distinctions,many results 90% or better,thats his second 99%.
    He is really enjoying uni!!!!

    Makes me wonder where our kids get their brains from, my two girls did and are doing exceptionally well at uni, I only made grade 10.

    We have had a baby boom in town over the last 5 years,significantly so too.We blame our ex Shire Gardener who now owns all the milk deleveries in the region for delivering extra cream to the ladies in town.Cant really blame him for Lindsay,we had him a long time before Leon started buying up milk businesses
