Maxi Me leaves home.

Yep, that's the truth. My Daughter moves to live on res at Ballarat Uni next Friday. She has been working full time for the last year on her gap year.

A big change for all of us, but she will only be an hour and a bit away, so not the end of the earth or anything.

On one hand, I'll be sad to see her go, but on the other hand, I'll have a spare room....

G'day Andy.........well life's adventures move on mate, another page is turned in life's fantastic voyage. I am sure he will do you proud. When the nest is empty (we brought up 5) it takes a bit of getting used to for a while.

Congrats to you and your wife, I know you have done a great job in raising your boy!!!

Thanks everyone for their thoughts.
A special thanks to 2 WA members.
DSWatts,Dylan lives minutes away from where Lindsay is living and has offered to help out if he gets stuck.
BMKal.Brian has offered to introduce Lindsay to the mining company he works for with the possability of getting a sponsorship.Much beter for Lindsay than gettin a low life Maccas job.
