It would fit into a number five, all crushed up.

how about threatening to have it declared as an abandoned vehicle and claiming it as your own to do with as you please. That might get some action happening.

not sure what the practicalities of do that are but it seems others have similar queries:

Why won't the other forum member tell you where they are or give you a number? If they are aware that you are trying to get hold of the owner, then the owner must have been told by now and they are asking that their info isn't being past on.

I'd tell this other forum member that if it isn't gone in a week, then you will tow it out onto the road and let the council take it. It will end up auctioned off for a few dollars...
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

    Too heavy for a No.5.

You'd be able to bring it down as a back load Ian.
There's half a warm stubby of flat VB in it for you. It'd be better than the stuff you drink.

Work out a weekly storage rate, let the contact on the forum know so he can pass it on to the owner.
Maybe give a couple of weeks grace so that he has a chance to remove it
Then start sending the contact on here regular updates of how much is owing.

    It'll soon be yours.....
