    Question What to do, What to do

    We have been storing a Acco Mark3 here near on 3 years.

    Was originally for 3 months Owner came and saw us, he lives in Vic, around 18months ago gave us a gift card for storing it and it will be picked up in the next week or two. That was 18months ago, we have no contact numbers for him as a another member on this forum organized it all and won't tell us.

    What to do??? we have a cab, motor and 2 trays here.

    Hmmm, isn't possession 9/10th's of the law!!!! Seriously though, it sounds like you feel it is getting beyond a joke, I'm sure the legal heads on this Forum will advise.

    I'm sure there is a legal process you would have to go through before disposing of the stuff, so you shoud get some legal advice. You might have to go through a process of advertising to prove you took all reasonabnle steps to trace the owner.
