Were you expecting to pay for good advice, or purchase parts from this company?
A few people I know (in various industries) will still give quality advice with no strings, but others have gone a bit dry and they spend as much time giving free advice as earning a living.
Or you might have called someone with no idea :)

There is a bloke on tassie4wd.com called syksey he plays with the pumps all the time and he is down your way

Although he drives a GU patrol his last truck was a 100 series and might be able to help
