    Talking Police radar

    Went and picked the missus up today from work. Heading back home from Belgrave there is a drive up to South Belgrave. Old ute starts up this hill ok but soon has to drop back to third. So we are slowly making our way along and are nearing the top when I spy a police man pointing a radar gun at us. He checked the speed, shook the gun and took another reading. Bit rude I thought , I mean to say I was moving, ok a we bit slower than most but still moving. Missus had a grin from ear to ear. There isn`t much chance of catching me speeding around the hills. Seems to be blitz on at the moment around here.

    Meybe the Radar wasn't reading at all, the slab sided and flat windscreen, of the old Land Rover is probably close enough to being stealth technology as far as radar is concerned.

    Maybe it was the closest thing to a stationary object for calibration.
