The ride home yesterday was the most uncomfortable I can ever recall being. Mercedes Benz make good seats, but even a feather bed would not have dulled the impact that the Mount Lindsay Goat Track was having, to the point that I could not get out of the car for the second scheduled stop. And only several doses of some wonderful pharmaceutical products made me stop feeling like crying a few hours after getting home. :(
But still, 2 weeks now of 'gently mobilising' as it's described on my discharge form, which means lying down a lot and doing some exercises every couple of hours. The kids are still sympathetic enough to bring a cup of tea on demand, hopefully that will last a bit longer yet.
And unlike you, Davo, I am 20, in fact I have over 21 years experience at being 20 :D
